Publishing Form Changes

When changes are made to a form, the form must then be published before it will be active in the system. Once published, the form will be saved as a Release Type: CUSTOM form. A copy of the original form (Release Type: PILGRIM) will be saved in the system for future reference as seen in the example form list below.

  1. From the form, click Lifecycle > Publish.
Result: The sign-off window is displayed.

NOTE: An edited form must be saved before it can be published.

  1. Enter a Sign-off Comment (identify all changes made).
  2. Enter the password and click Save.
Result: The form is now published as Release Type: CUSTOM and can be used in the system.

NOTE: See the Studio Designer Help System for additional information about modifying existing form fields and publishing changes.
